Terms of service
These terms apply to https://getpaidskills.com ("GetPaid Skills"). This site is operated by GetPaid Skills (contact: support@getpaidskills.com). By creating an account or buying, you agree to them.
What we sell
Agent skills: folders with instructions, scripts and templates for AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex. Free skills can be downloaded without an account. Paid skills need a purchase or an active plan.
Accounts
You log in with a one-time email code or with GitHub / Google. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Payments
Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Creem is the seller of record for tax purposes and handles VAT/sales tax, invoices and receipts. Prices are shown on the pricing page in USD; taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country.
- Monthly / yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your account; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. After that you get no new downloads or updates, but skills you downloaded while subscribed stay usable with no time limit under the license below. A refund or chargeback ends access immediately.
- Lifetime is a one-time payment for all current and future paid skills and their updates, for as long as GetPaid Skills operates. The first buyers get a lower founder price; the pricing page shows how many founder seats are left, counted from completed payments.
- Get Paid Pack is a one-time payment for the skills listed on the pricing page (creem-checkout, creem-starter, entitlements-gating, license-keys, migrate-to-creem and the slash commands shipped with them), usable forever, including updates released within 12 months of purchase. After that you keep the last version you were entitled to; a plan gives you later updates. A limited number of packs are sold at a lower launch price; the pricing page shows how many are left, counted from completed payments, and the regular price applies after that.
- Single skill is a one-time payment for one skill, usable forever, including updates released within 12 months of purchase.
- Some payment methods (for example Alipay) work only for one-time purchases; subscriptions need a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Creem shows the methods available to you at checkout.
Refunds follow the Refund policy.
License
Each paid download includes a LICENSE.txt and is marked with the buyer's email. You may use and modify skills in any number of your own projects, including commercial ones, and let your agents run them. You may not share, resell, sublicense or publish the skills, or modified versions of them, as skills, templates or courses. Code that a skill generates in your project is yours. This license has no time limit: when a subscription ends, copies you downloaded while it was paid stay usable under these same terms; only new downloads and updates stop.
Acceptable use and termination
Don't attack the service, share accounts or download links, or scrape paid content. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. A refund or chargeback ends the license for that purchase immediately.
No warranty
Skills tell AI agents what to do in your codebase. Review the changes they make, especially for payments, security and legal text, before you ship. Skills are provided "as is"; legal-page templates are not legal advice. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
